UNDER 12s
We meet every Sunday (September to April) to train or play matches against other local teams. With a squad of about 25 players, the group is happy and keen to succeed on the field. We operate a policy of giving everyone the opportunity to play in matches.
The upcoming 2010 U12 County Tournament will be held at Penns Place.
The U12 game is moving closer to the full game, and with 13 players a side all that is missing is the two wing forwards. The coaching focuses on both individual skills and on developing roles within the team.
New players, either those already plying at school or those new to the sport, are always welcome – come along on a Sunday morning and join in.
