UNDER 7's
The Under 7’s team is a friendly, family centred team run by volunteers. It provides a great to start to tag rugby, a simple, non-tackling version of the game, focusing on the elements of possesion, passing and receiving, running and evasion and tagging. We will be building on the basic skill of spatial awareness as well as being part of a team. Of course the actual 2 hour training sessions involve lots of running around, having fun and quite often lots of mud!
Tag rugby is a non-contact game meaning it is suitable for even the smallest of Under 7's. We welcome girls as well boys to join us, we currently have 2 girls in the team and a female Head Coach Julia.
We have 3 qualified Tag Rugby coaches and several parent helpers who ensure that every one has a good time. We love to involve parents in the sessions themselves and also in the themed sessions we run for high days and holidays such as Easter.

The Rugby Season runs from the 1st Sunday in September until the last Sunday in April.
