YOUTH ETHOS
Our objective is to provide maximum enjoyment for the maximum number of people, players, coaches, officials and parents. It is recognised that children develop at different rates and have different abilities, but our focus throughout the year will be in ensuring that every child has the opportunity to participate in competitive matches. The only time when this is not the case is in tournaments when the club does focus upon fielding its strongest teams. However coaches do recognise the need to rotate their squad and not become dependent on a handful of players.
